At BotanyFarms, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of our products, including fresh cut flowers and potted plants, gourmet fruit gummies, essential oils and aromatic blends, fruit beverages, and specialty confections purchased through our website at gobotanyfarms.com.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after shipment. This is the default shipping method for all orders.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, weather, and other factors outside of our control. Certain perishable items, such as fresh cut flowers and select fruit products, may require expedited shipping to ensure quality upon arrival.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. BotanyFarms may offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, BotanyFarms ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact us at hello@gobotanyfarms.com for more information on future availability.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. BotanyFarms is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Perishable Items

Due to the nature of certain products we offer, including fresh cut flowers, potted plants, and select fruit-based items, special care is taken during packaging and shipping to ensure freshness upon delivery. If a perishable item arrives in unsatisfactory condition due to shipping delays or mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. BotanyFarms is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
