You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return or refund, except in cases where the product arrived defective or damaged during shipping.
Due to the nature of our perishable products, including fresh cut flowers, potted plants, and select fruit-based items, these products cannot be returned. However, if a perishable item arrives damaged, wilted, or in unsatisfactory condition due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as BotanyFarms cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong product or a defective item.
